A Big L for the Cub fans

If there is one thing
that is for certain it is a Cubs fan never gets their hopes up to high. The
tendencies are starting to look normal for the North Siders. You spend $300
million, billion or trillion and being a Cub will make it worthless. Ask
Sammy, Kerry and Mark. The Cubs made a come back today and Howry blew it as
Adam Everett hit a two run home run to win the game 5 to 3 for the Astros.
The Cubs will have to start getting into a trend for winning or they will
lose the “Swagger” that they are supposed to have. Hats off to Ted Lilly!
He pitched 6 innings and only gave up 3 runs and struck out 5. It probably
wasn’t his best but it was enough for a team with loaded bats to come back
and win.
I know it is cold
outside and it sucks. We are in Chicago and
if there is one thing you will learn in Chicago it is that you have to have tough
skin here. Right, Jacque?
So let stop messing around
and start winning some damn games!!
