The Cubs beat up on the
Mariners the night before last in an 8 – 5 win. Tonight they lost 2 – 1 but
it also means that Jason Marquis pitched a good game while the Cubs bats
were quiet. Monday will spell opening day in

Roster. The Cubs should be ready for opening day but the pitching may take
a while to get set in. The one thing we all have to remember is that the
Cubs need to just make things even. Stay healthy and win games that they
can win. The second part of the season is when the games will count the
most provided they are with in range of first place.
